POSITION
Front Desk Agent

This customer service position greets and registers guests when they arrive at the Resort. This position is expected to provide prompt and courteous service and close out guests accounts upon completion of stay. In addition, the agent is responsible for promptly answering the telephone and transferring calls to the correct extension and resolving any issues that may arise during a guests stay.

Night Auditor

This 3rd shift position (11pm – 7am) posts and balances charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. This position also maintains files and resets the systems for next day operations. This position is responsible for serving in the capacity of Front Desk Agent as necessary during the audit shift. Third shift experience required. Experience in front office or accounting operation preferred..

Room Attendant

To provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures established by Fourwinds Resort & Marina. To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Public Area Attendant

Clean and maintain the lobby, corridors, stairwells, hotel entrances, banquet breakout areas, public restrooms, kitchen restroom, bath club, sales, marina, front office and executive office to maintain a neat and tidy appearance for property clientele.

Laundry Attendant

This position is responsible for properly washing, drying and folding laundry. This person must be able to operate washing and drying equipment, load and unload laundry from machines, measure and administer proper amounts of cleaning agents to laundry, clean up machines and surrounding areas and assist room attendants when assigned. Must have the ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push and/or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 pounds.

Ship Store Clerk

This seasonal customer service position provides boaters with retail services for food items, boater supplies and merchandise. This position is responsible for maintaining attractive merchandise displays to facilitate the sales and inventory of the ship store items. This position requires the ability to maintain correct cash handling procedures and cash controls in accordance with the Resort’s policies and procedures. This position requires weekend availability.

Boat Rental Attendants

This customer service position works with our boat rental customers to reserve and rent a variety of boats. This position is responsible for describing available rental units and accessories, and the rental agreement. This position also readies boats for rentals including cleaning, fuel and other general maintenance items. When a customer rents a boat, the attendant verifies the condition of the unit, and also provides an on-board tutorial to the boat drivers so that they are comfortable with both the boat and the rules on the water. Upon return, the attendant inspects and checks in the unit, and then prepares it for the next rental.

Server

MUST BE 21 years of age. This seasonal customer service position greets guests and explains any specials and/or restaurant promotions, takes beverage and food order from the guests, inputs the order into the computer to inform the kitchen of the orders placed, retrieves order from the kitchen and delivers to the guest. When the customer has completed their dining experience, this position is responsible for presenting the check promptly and collecting and processing payment. Must abide by State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.

Line Cook

This customer service position provides boaters with retail services for food items, boater supplies and merchandise. Prep Cook

This position assists cooks in the preparation of all items for the Food and Beverage outlets. This position prepares soups, sauces, salad and other bulk prep foods to the specified recipes. Basic cooking knowledge preferred.

Dish Steward

This seasonal position is responsible for cleaning utensils and serviceware in order to provide appropriate supplies for guests’ dining experience. This position requires the ability to work in hot temperatures. Physical strength and stamina are essential for this position due to the high activity level.
